As a fellow Floridian, and a fellow member of our state bar, I am trying to find out what possessed you in these difficult pandemic times, where your plate is so full, to expend such time and energy intervening in the Texas lawsuit seeking to invalidate the elections in five other states. I hoped to find some explanation on your website, but there is nary a mention. Can you please explain to me the factual basis and legal arguments that caused you to intervene, and why you believe doing so is in the best interests of Floridians? Since you work for me and all other Floridians, and it is our money you spend on this pursuit, an answer should be forthcoming.
